On Wednesday 15th June the younger children enjoyed a fun-packed day at Southwell Minster 'Time Travelling'.
Our 'Pilgrim Guide' escorted us into the Minster, where the children joined pupils from other schools for a short act of worship (songs were downloaded and learned in advance).
We then participated in four different activities linked to our 'senses'. These included prayer (making a fridge magnet), drama (the story of Noah) and baptism (dressing up as guests and seeing a "baby" joining the Christian family). We then collaged a 'leaf man' in the Chapter House.
The children thoroughly enjoyed the day.
